US CMA

The US CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is a globally recognized credential in management accounting, offered by the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), USA. It equips you with critical skills in financial planning, analysis, control, decision-making, and professional ethics — essential for high-impact roles in global corporations.

Before you become a CMA you must meet the following requirement:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (any stream, can be completed later)

  • Have 2 years of relevant work experience in management or financial accounting (can be completed before or after the exam)

  • Be an Active Member of IMA

  • Pass both Part 1 and Part 2 of the US CMA Exam
