At Finlume Global Careers, we strive to provide high-quality learning experiences across all our programs and services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted. By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you agree to the terms stated below.
Unless specifically stated in a program brochure, enrollment form, or written agreement:
All fees paid are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests—if any—are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the management team.
Approval or rejection of refunds is at the sole discretion of Finlume Global Careers.
The following payments are strictly non-refundable:
Registration fees
Admission or enrollment charges
Study material fees
LMS access fees
Taxes, payment gateway charges, and processing fees
Examination or certification bodies’ fees paid through Finlume
These charges are non-refundable even if the student discontinues, is unable to attend classes, or is removed due to violation of policies.
A refund may be considered only under the following special circumstances:
Duplicate Payment:
If a student has accidentally paid twice for the same course, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
Technical Issues:
If payment fails but the amount is deducted, refund will be initiated after confirmation from the payment gateway.
Program Cancellation by Finlume:
In the rare case that Finlume cancels a scheduled course or batch before commencement, registered students may receive a refund or may opt for batch transfer.
Exceptional Situations:
In rare cases like severe medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, partial refunds may be considered upon submission of valid documents.
Management’s decision will be final.
If a refund request is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7–21 working days.
Applicable administrative or processing charges may be deducted.
Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Student decides to discontinue, drop out, or is unable to attend classes
Non-participation, lack of attendance, or failure to complete assignments
Personal issues, time constraints, or change in schedule
Disagreement with instructor change, batch timings, or class format updates
Termination of services due to policy violations
Students may request batch transfers or course freezes, subject to availability and internal approval.
Additional transfer charges may apply. Refunds are not applicable for such requests.
Payments made to external bodies—such as exam partners, certification authorities, or financial platforms—are governed by their respective policies and cannot be refunded by Finlume.
